Anti-Inflammatory Spiced Chai Latte
This Cup of love is a frothy, protein chai latte with no caffeine. Perfect from morning to night time. Incredibly grounding, nourishing and warming. Have fun playing around with some of the optional ingredients to create your signature chai latte!
Ingredients:
*1 Tbsp gelatin (like Knox. bloom in 2 Tbsp cool water)
* 2 tea bags of Chateau Chai tea
* 1/2 tsp turmeric
* 1 tsp fresh ground nutmeg
* 1/4 tsp cloves
* 1 pinch of cardamom
* Sweetener of choice. Organic honey suggested
* 1 scoop of vanilla Collagen Protein Powder
* 12 oz hot water
Optional to 1 Tbsp coconut cream or ghee or butter. 1/2 tsp cocao powder or even a pinch of cayenne!
Heat all ingredients in a small sauce pan until gelatin has completely dissolved. Put into a blender until frothy. Taste and add any additional spices to taste. then pour into 2 cups and enjoy! About 105 calories per cup depending on sweetener.
